Today I went to the best allergy specialist in Pensacola! The purpose of the visit was to determine if I should continue the fight for life in this pollen-infested, dust-laden, mold-encrusted world! Just kidding, but that is how I feel sometimes! The result of the "skin-prick" allergy testing (which itches FAR WORSE than chicken pox!) I endured was that out of 47 irritants, I am NOT allergic to 5 molds! How wonderful......Otherwise my reaction was, as the doc said, "SUPER-allergic!" To improve my quality of life, Dr. Cleveland is recommending allergy shots. This takes approximately 4 years to complete. So tomorrow, I need to contact my insurance, and get on with the process! Wish me luck!
