The purpose of this blog is to share with family and friends the humdrum happenings, the daily diversions, and the sometimes exciting episodes of our life! Along with being "constructively destructive" with all of his heavy equipment, Daniel enjoys buying things at a bargain, sharpening his long-range shooting skills, and trying to train the newest member of our family, a wild Giant Schnauzer aptly named Floki, which is a Viking warrior name! He also has to put up with a sanguine, redheaded wife who loves God, reading, writing, eating, cooking, shopping, talking, drinking coffee, and being the secretary and co-CEO of Faircloth Land Services!

We both bask in the light of our little sunshine, Danielle Nicole! She's a blonde-haired, high-maintenance, drama queen who is growing up way too fast, already 7 going on 17! She adores her daddy, and when she isn't going with him to check jobs or cast a line, she settles for loving up on her 15 chickens before crafting up a tornado of glitter glue and googly eyes! She also delights to play with her new puppy or ride her 4-wheeler at top speed! Welcome to our world!
